What is is the official single-game suites website for the Bakersfield Condors. is designed specifically for premium suite sales (e.g. Ice-Level suites, Loge-Level suites, Mezzanine-Level, etc.). This website is operated by the Bakersfield Condors and powered by SuitePro®.

Am I buying directly from Bakersfield Condors?

Yes, the suites posted for sale on this website come from the Bakersfield Condors.

How is my information protected?

If you provide payment information to purchase a suite, your payment information will be handled in accordance with PCI DSS, the information security standard for protecting credit card data. Shopping for a Suite

How do I book an Bakersfield Condors suite?

To rent a suite for a Bakersfield Condors hockey game at Mechanics Bank Arena, click on the event you wish to attend via the ‘RESERVE’ to view available options. A suite can be purchased directly from the website by entering your credit card information.

Can I purchase additional tickets for my suite (also known as Standing Room Only tickets, or “SROs”)?

Each suite comes with an option to purchase (Standing Room Only Tickets). To purchase SROs, please contact your Bakersfield Condors Suite Team at 661-324-PUCK (7825).

When do I get my tickets after booking a suite?

Following your purchase, a Bakersfield Condors Suite Team representative will reach out to confirm your reservation and coordinate ticket delivery for your suite. All tickets will be delivered digitally via the AXS app.

How are my tickets delivered?

All suite tickets and parking passes will be mobile-only. After your purchase, you will be assigned an online Account Manager and a representative from the Premium Team will provide instructions on how to access and download your tickets. Tickets cannot be printed and must be presented on your mobile phone. It is recommended that you electronically transfer tickets directly to your suite guests to ensure proper access to Mechanics Bank Arena.

Will the suite be private to my group?

Yes. All suites listed on are fully private.

Are suites ADA accessible?

Yes. All suites at Mechanics Bank arena are ADA accessible.


What forms of payment are accepted?

Acceptable forms of payment on include:

  • All major credit cards like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover

Is payment required in full?

Payment in full is required upon booking in order to secure a suite.

Are there any additional fees?

There are no additional fees for booking a suite. However, in-suite catering is not included with the suite purchase. A menu will be provided shortly after our Bakersfield Condors Suite Team member confirms your booking. The menu will provide the total cost of each item/package option.

Refund Policy

Can I cancel my suite reservation?

No. All suite sales are final. For more information on rescheduled games please contact our Bakersfield Condors Suite Team at 661-324-PUCK (7825).

What if my event is postponed/rescheduled?

Should an event be postponed, your suite tickets will be valid for the rescheduled event.

What if my event is canceled?

If a game is canceled, you will be contacted by our Bakersfield Condors Suite Team with available options.

Planning Your Premium Experience

How and when do I order catering?

To place an order, your Bakersfield Condors Suite Team will provide you with a suites menu and assist with coordinating your order.

Am I required to purchase catering?

No. In-suite catering is not required to purchase and there is no catering minimum. Guests can also purchase food and beverage individually from general concessions and bring these items back to the suite. Outside food and beverage is not permitted inside the Mechanics Bank Arena.

How much does catering typically cost?

All costs will be provided in the catering menu. Packages are set based on type of food and beverage - i.e., individual items vs. packages. - and number of people.

What is the child ticket policy for suites?

Children two (2) years of age and under do not require a separate ticket for admission into Mechanics Bank Arena. Suites can provide a welcomed private and secure space for families attending an event with younger children.

Event Day Questions

Where do I park?

Your suite will include VIP Parking Passes.

Where do I find the VIP Entrances?

VIP entrances are located around the arena.

When does my suite open?

Your suite will open 60 minutes prior to game time.

Can I order food/beverage from the suite during the event?

Yes. Each suite is serviced by a shared suite attendant. In-game food and drink orders can be placed via the attendant. An Event Day Suite Menu will be in the suite upon arrival. The Event Day Suite Menu is slightly more limited than the Advance Catering Menu, however, you’ll still find Mechanics Bank Arena favorites and plenty of beverages available (water, soft-drinks, beer, wine, liquor). In-suite catering items are served in group-portions, not individually. Please make your Arena Food & Beverage Representative aware of your intent to purchase food and beverage if you would like to place an order in advance.

Should I tip our suite attendant?

While it is not required, gratuity is customary and greatly appreciated.
